I. How do we collect and use your personal information?
Personal information refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a particular natural person or reflect the activities of a particular natural person individually or in combination with other information.
CFTE may collect information about you in the following ways. If you do not provide relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user or to enjoy some of our services, or you may not be able to achieve the intended effect of related services.
(1) Information you provide
Your personal information is collected when you fill out the application form to participate in or visit an exhibition or show. You are required to fill out the registration form and provide the required information to participate in or visit the exhibition or show. If you fail to provide all the information, it is difficult for us to contact you to confirm the arrangement. The personal data we collect from you includes but is not limited to your user name, name, title, company name, department, position, province, correspondence address, post code, telephone number, mobile phone number, ID card number, communication language, portrait picture and email address. We only retain such personal data when you voluntarily provide it, such as part of registration, survey, contact investigation or press release delivery. In addition, personal data is only used when necessary, and only for legal purposes with your permission. In order to ensure the security of your data transmission, CFTE uses encryption in some secure areas. In addition, using our website/WeChat official account/WeChat mini apps means that you know and agree to CFTE to collect, store and use your personal data, and provide it to the other organizers and partners at home and abroad for storage and use.

(2) Your information we obtained
We may collect the following information when you use our services: log information, which refers to technical information that the system may automatically collect through cookies or other ways when you use our services, including but not limited to: IP address information, hardware device or software information, SDK or API versions, platforms, timestamps, application identifier, application versions, application distribution channels, iOS vendor identifier (IDFV), iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), Android advertiser identifier, network card (MAC) address, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), device model, terminal manufacturer, terminal device operating system version, session start/stop time, language location, mobile network/country code, time zone and network status (WiFi, etc.), hard disk, CPU and battery usage, location information (refers to the information collected about your location when you turn on the device positioning function and use our location-based related service).
(3) Collect your information through legal channels
We may also receive your information from other legitimate sources and add it to our information database, such as shared information about you provided by other parties when using our services.
The above information provided by you will continue to authorize us to use during your use of such services. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.
The above information will be stored in the territory of the People's Republic of China. For cross-border transmission, we will obtain your authorization separately.
(4) Time limit for storing information
Generally speaking, we only keep your personal information for the shortest time necessary to achieve the purpose. However, in the following circumstances, we may change the storage time of personal information due to legal requirements:
1. To comply with applicable laws and regulations;
2. To comply with the provisions of court judgments, rulings or other legal procedures;
3. To comply with the requirements of competent government authorities or legally authorized organizations;
4. We have reason to believe that it is required to comply with laws and regulations;
The purposes that are reasonably necessary to implement relevant service agreements or this Policy, safeguard the public interest, protect the personal and property safety of us, our customers or our partners, other users or employees, or other legitimate rights and interests. When our products or services stop operations, we will notify you by push notifications or announcements and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period.
(5) Use of Information
CFTE uses the collected information to provide, maintain, protect and improve services as well as develop new services to create better experiences for users and improve our overall service quality.
You understand and agree that CFTE may use your information in the following circumstances:
1. Process applications
2. Offer services and provide consultants/companies with the contact and business information
3. Our operations, such as inclusion in our database, analysis, research and audit
4. Promotion and notification of events or exhibitions hosted by our subsidiaries and business partners in Mainland China or overseas.
5. Send our publications, industry news, research materials, technical/marketing/commercial information and related information about business partners/participants.
6. Promote our (and related business partners’/participants’) services or products.
7. We will scan your admission badge in the exhibition and provide your personal data to relevant service providers.
8. Comply with laws applicable to China or overseas
9. Other circumstances that will help us better provide you with services
We may conduct direct marketing activities to you by fax, email, direct mail, telephone promotion and/or other forms of communication. If you choose not to receive promotional materials, just notify us, and we will stop the above activities and will not charge for it. If necessary, for example, when some services are suspended due to system maintenance, service-related announcements will be issued to you. You understand and acknowledge that you may not be able to cancel these announcements that are related to the services and are not commercial promotion in nature.
If we want to use the information for other purposes not stated in this policy, we will ask your permission in advance.
II. How do we use Cookie and similar technologies?
(1) Cookie

III. How do we share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal information?
(1) Sharing
We do not share your personal information with any other company, organization or individual other than CFTE, except for the following circumstances:
1. Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.
2. We may share your personal information externally in accordance with laws and regulations, or compulsory requirements of the competent government authorities.
3. Sharing with our parent company and subsidiaries : Your personal information may be shared with CFTE’s parent company andaffiliates. We will only share the necessary personal information and be bound by the purpose stated in this policy. If an affiliate wants to change the purpose of handling personal information, it will seek your authorization again.
4. Sharing with authorized partners: For the purposes stated in this policy, some of our services will be provided by our authorized partners. We may share some of your personal information with our partners to provide better customer services and user experience. We will only share your personal information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific and explicit purposes, and will only share the personal information necessary to provide services. Our partners have no right to use the shared personal information for any other purposes.
5. Agents, consultants, auditors, contractors or service providers related to our business operations or services will analyze, research and audit the collected personal information in order to promote and strengthen our operations.

We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. For example, we use encryption technology to ensure data confidentiality; we use the trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on data; we will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to personal information; and we will conduct the security and privacy training courses to enhance staff awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
(2) We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that no irrelevant personal information is collected.
(3) The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and email, instant messaging and other forms of communication with our users are not encrypted. We strongly recommend that you do not send personal information in this way. Please use complex passwords to help us ensure your account is secure.
(4) The Internet environment is not 100% secure. We will do our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or managerial protection facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access to information, public disclosure, tampering or destruction, resulting in damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will assume the corresponding legal responsibility.

You have the right to access your personal information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. If you want to exercise data access, you can access it yourself in the following ways.
Account Information --If you want to access or edit personal information in your account, change your password, add security information or close your account, you can perform such operations by visiting our official website.
Search Information-You can access or clear your search history, view and modify interests, and manage other data in our official website.
If you fail to access this personal information through our official website, you can contact us anytime, or send an email to ginaho@fairwindow.com.cn/chenxian@fairwindow.com.cn/ chenjw@fairwindow.com.cn. We will reply to your request within 30 days.
(2) Correct your personal information
If you find that your personal information that we process is wrong, you have the right to ask us to make corrections. You can apply for correction by the methods listed in “(1) Access your personal information”.
If you fail to correct this personal information through our official website, you can contact us at any time, or send an email to ginaho@fairwindow.com.cn/chenxian@fairwindow.com.cn/ chenjw@fairwindow.com.cn. We will reply to your request for correction within 30 days.
(3) Delete your personal information
In the following circumstances, you can request us to delete personal information:
1. If we deal with personal information in violation of laws and regulations
2. If we collect and use your personal information without your consent
3. If we deal with personal information in violation of the agreement with you
4. If you no longer use our services or products, or you cancel your account
5. If we no longer provide you with services or products
If we decide to respond to your request for deletion, we will also notify entities that have obtained your personal information from us of timely deletion, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or these entities are authorized independently by you.
After you delete information from our service, we may not delete the information immediately from the backup system, but we delete it when we backup the update.
(4) Change the scope of your authorization
Each business function requires some basic personal information to complete (see “Part 1” of this policy). For the collection and use of additional collected personal information, you may give or withdraw your authorization anytime.
You can change your authorization by sending an email to ginaho@fairwindow.com.cn / chenjw@fairwindow.com.cnIf you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the processing that has been done based on your authorization.
(5) The subject of personal information obtains a copy of personal information
If technically feasible, such as data interface matching, we can also directly transmit a copy of your personal information to a third party you designate according to your request.
(6) The subject of personal information cancels account
You may cancel the previously registered account anytime. You can cancel the account by sending an email to ginaho@fairwindow.com.cn/chenxian@fairwindow.com.cn/ chenjw@fairwindow.com.cn. After the account is canceled, we will stop providing you with services or products, and delete your personal information according to your request, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
(7) Automated decision-making of constrained information system
In some business functions, we may only make decisions based on non-manual automated decision-making mechanisms including information systems, algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to ask us for an explanation, and we will provide appropriate remedies.
(8) Respond to your above request
In order to ensure safety, you may need to provide written request or to prove your identity in other ways. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
We will reply within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, especially if you believe that our personal information processing activities have damaged your legitimate rights and interests, you can also seek a solution by bringing a lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction over the defendant’s domicile.
We do not charge for your reasonable request in principle, but we will charge a certain cost for repeated requests that exceed a reasonable limit. We may reject requests that are unjustifiably duplicated, require too many technical means (e.g., the need to develop new systems or radically change existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very impractical (e.g., involve backing up information stored on tape).
In the following circumstances,we will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations:
1. Directly related to national security and national defense safety;
2. Directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
3. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;
4. There is ample evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
5. Response to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals and organizations.
6. Involving business secrets.
VI. How do we handle children’s personal information?
Our products, websites, WeChat official account, WeChat mini apps and services are mainly geared to the needs of adults. Without the consent of parents or guardians, children shall not create their own user accounts.
In case of collecting children’s personal information with the consent of their parents or guardians, we will only use or publicly disclose this information if it is permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the parents or guardians or if it is necessary to protect the children.
Despite the different definitions of children in local laws and customs, we treat anyone under 14 years old as a child.
If we find ourselves collecting children’s personal information without prior and verifiable parental consent, we will try to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
VII. How is your personal information transferred globally?
In principle, the personal information we collect and produce in the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored in the territory of the People's Republic of China.
Since we provide services or products through resources and servers all over the world, it means that with your authorization, your personal information may be transferred to or accessed from the overseas jurisdictions of the countries/regions in which you use our services or products.
Such jurisdictions may have different data protection laws, or even do not establish relevant laws. The major changes referred to in this policy include but are not limited to:
